The side kick in knee by the right leg

The partners are in left-side stand (left hand is forward) at the middle distance. The fighter raises right leg with bent knee up and to the left. Synchronously the foot of the right striking leg turns to the left. The left foot that is the support of fighter’s body turns to the left. At that the trunk turns right shoulder forward. Then the kick is stricken by right leg at the expanse of abrupt straightening of knee joint and little deviation of trunk back. It is directed in partner’s front (left) knee. The touch between kick and knee takes place from internal side, knee joint bends inside. The external part of foot is the striking one. Be careful! The kick is traumatic!
